Nancy Merrill

Nancy Merrill was the host of the highly-rated weekly interview show, Nancy Merrill: Minds of Millionaires. The format highlights extremely successful business leaders whose unique personal stories are models for inspiration and knowledge. Recents guests include Peggy Yu and Li GuoQing of DangDang.com, Chen Xiao of Gome Appliances, Yu PinHai of DaDi Media, Jiang NanChun of Focus Media, Andy Yan of SAIF Partners, Song Ke of TaiHe Rye Music, and Yue Sai Kan of YSK Productions. Nancy Merrill: Minds of Millionaires airs weekly on Shanghai Media Group's (SMG) International Channel Shanghai (ICS) and China Central Television Station's (CCTV) English News Channel. 

Ms. Merrill is an Emmy Award winning television interviewer, writer, and producer. She has hosted her own talk shows, interview shows, and prime time specials on NBC and CBS in Boston. On NBC News in Chicago, Ms. Merrill was the featured reporter on a special segment known as “The Nancy Merrill Interview.”

Among the 6000 people she has interviewed, many were famous and fascinating people, including world leaders and celebrities in all fields:

Ms. Merrill has served as a panel member of the President's Commission on White House Fellowships. She has also worked as a special assignment reporter for The Chicago Sun-Times. Collectively, these experiences led Boston University to invite Ms. Merrill to be a special guest lecturer at their School of Communications where she shared her professional expertise and media acumen.

In March 2010, Ms. Merrill was invited to join Shanghai Media Group (SMG). She produces and hosts for International Channel Shanghai (ICS), a division of SMG.  Her first show, Nancy Merrill's Eye on Shanghai: Special Edition Expo 2010, aired on the eve of the World Expo, leading into the coverage of the opening festivities officiated by President Hu Jintao. Her 5-part series, Eye on Shanghai, aired internationally on China's Central Television station (CCTV).
